averages do not work in spherical geometry
In ligrid.py class CBlockGrid implements method blkCellCoords3d only for 3D Cartesian coordinates. Averages use getWeights from CGridScalar which incorrectly assumes 3D Cartesian geometry even in 1D spherically symmetrical simulations. This may also effect other commands, maybe radav, ...?
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
